How long will the promotion last?
The promotion will last 11 days. Start: December 18, 2024, at 09:00 UTC. End of promotion: December 28, 2024, at 21:00 UTC or until promo licenses are sold out.
What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made using VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank SWIFT transfer.
I haven’t used the free trial for the selected paid plan yet. Will this be taken into accountif when I buy a promotional offer?
Absolutely! If you haven’t activated the free trial yet, you’ll get an extra 14 days added for free to the selected promotional paid plan.
Users with an active free trial will be credited any unused days of the trial as a bonus to their chosen paid plan.
I already have a subscription with automatic regular payment of my ATAS plan. Do I need to do anything to participate in the promotion? Will my payment profile change when I purchase the promotional offer?

How is the gift amount calculated?

How can I get bonuses?
After payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing:
• information about activating your selected tariff plan with additional time as part of the special offer;
• confirmation of participation in prize draws;

When and how will the draw take place?
To participate in the New Year’s draw, you need to purchase any ATAS promotional offer for 6 months, 1 year, or Lifetime between December 18 and 28.
On December 31, 2024, we will hold a prize draw: free 3- and 6-month licenses, cashbacks, certificates for indicator development, and prizes from promotion partners.
During this same draw, we will determine the winner who will receive the grand prize — a free upgrade to a perpetual license plan (Lifetime). Remember, only buyers of special offers who registered on the early list before December 18 can participate in the lifetime license draw.
Winners will be selected using the https://www.random.org/ service. The drawing process will be recorded on video and posted on the official ATAS YouTube channel.
Additional license time and cashbacks will be credited by January 10, 2025.

The payment has been made, but I haven’t received the ATAS access information letter by email. What should I do?
A payment confirmation email is sent automatically after a confirmed transfer. Typically, this happens within one minute of payment. If you don’t receive the email within one minute, please check your Spam folder.
If you choose to pay by SWIFT bank transfer, the funds may be credited to our account within 1-5 banking days. Email with payment confirmation will be sent immediately after the funds are credited to our account. Please keep this in mind when purchasing/renewing your license.
