You don't need to take any additional action. Keep your current Ultra Special Offer subscription active with automatic regular renewals.
If the subscription is canceled or interrupted due to non-payment, it will not be possible to revert to the previous price. When resubscribing, the new terms will apply.

A confirmation email is automatically sent as soon as your payment is successfully processed — usually within one minute. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam folder first.

If you paid via bank transfer, processing may take 1–5 business days. Your confirmation email will be sent once the funds are received. Please keep this in mind when purchasing or renewing a license.

If you decide that ATAS isn’t right for you within 14 days of your first payment, we’ll issue a 100% refund — no questions asked.

The Start plan provides access to a basic set of tools, allowing you to explore ATAS functionality. It’s completely free to use — for as long as you want — and you can return to it at any time.

The free trial of a paid plan is available once per user.
After the trial ends, your account will automatically switch to the selected paid plan. If you decide to return to the Start plan, make sure to switch back before the trial expires in your Personal Area.

Yes, you can easily switch to another plan in your Personal Area.

If you have an active free trial of a paid plan but already know you want to switch to a different plan, you can purchase the desired plan right away, without waiting for the trial to end. Unused days from your trial will be added as a bonus.

If you want to change the duration of your license within the same plan — for example, from 6 months to 12 months or vice versa under the Ultra plan — simply purchase the license with the desired period. The unused days from your current license will be carried over to the new one.

You can also upgrade to a more advanced plan at any time. If you're currently on the Plus plan, you can switch to Pro or Ultra. If you're on Pro, you can switch to Ultra. In all cases, the unused days of your current license will be automatically applied as a discount.

The same principle applies to Lifetime licenses. If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the cost of your current license will be applied as a discount toward the new one.

If you want to switch from Ultra to Pro or Plus, or from Pro to Plus, this is only possible if the remaining value of your current license is lower than the price of the new selected plan.

💡 If you already have an active Ultra plan with auto-renewal, we recommend keeping it — once canceled, it will not be possible to reactivate it on the same terms.

You have a subscription to the maximum Ultra plan with full access to all features on the best conditions. If you take another subscription, you cannot get the special price back.

If you want to switch from Ultra Special Offer to Ultra, Pro, or Plus, you can only do so if the remaining value of your current license is less than the value of the new plan selected. Unused days of the current plan will be automatically counted as a discount.

You can also upgrade to Lifetime at any time.
