The trial version of the selected paid plan is only given once.
Can I switch to a paid plan before the trial period of the selected paid plan ends?
Of course! If you switch to a paid plan earlier, the remaining days of the trial period for the selected paid plan will automatically be added to your paid plan period.

Yes, you can unlink/delete your card at any time. However, if you do this during the trial period of the selected paid plan, the trial will end, and you will return to the Start plan.

I want to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Will there be a discount?
Yes, you can easily upgrade to a more expensive plan.
- If you already have an active license - unused days will be added to the new plan.
- When switching to a Lifetime license from another plan, an additional discount is automatically calculated in your Personal Area, considering your current license.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and bank transfer.
Are there any limitations on using features in the Start plan?
Yes, but even the Start plan has many useful features.

What if I bought but changed my mind?
If, within 14 days of your first payment, you decide the ATAS software isn't right for you, we'll refund 100% of your payment — no questions asked.
What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
The payment confirmation email is sent automatically after a successful transaction, usually within a minute after payment. If you don't receive the email within a minute, check your Spam folder. For bank transfers, it may take 1-5 business days for the funds to be credited. The confirmation email will be sent as soon as the payment is processed. Please keep this in mind when purchasing or renewing your license.
