We are ATAS, an analytical platform for volume market analysis. We develop tools for working with market data, liquidity, and order flow. We have an international audience, our product is available in 8 languages, and content is one of our primary communication tools.

Currently, we are looking for a Content Manager who will manage the full text creation cycle — from marketing campaigns and UI to landing pages, email sequences, and our marketplace.

What you will do

  • Copywriting and marketing content. Write copy for newsletters (client, partner, reactivation), social media posts, push notifications, landing pages, and chatbots. Prepare communications for promos, product launches, announcements, and marathons — from the first draft to the final template. Write text for banners, paywalls, FAQs, and changelogs.
  • Product content and UI. Write and update texts for the personal dashboard, platform, and knowledge base. Describe tools, pricing plans, and features — accurately, correctly, and in the user’s language. Package complex concepts (Order Flow, Footprint, DOM, Volume Profile) into clear and easy-to-understand phrasing.
  • SEO content. Integrate SEO semantics into the website, landing pages, and marketplace texts. Work closely with the SEO specialist: incorporate keywords and adapt text structure without sacrificing readability.
  • Localization and translations. Execute and coordinate translations into RU, EN, DE, ES, FR, and other languages. Assign tasks to translators, proofread finished translations, and ensure consistent terminology.
  • Email marketing. Write email sequences (trial activation, abandoned cart, churn, expiring license, etc.), build templates in SendPulse, upload databases, and launch campaigns.
  • Marketplace. Add vendors and products, write descriptions, manage translations, and integrate SEO keywords into categories.
  • Working with design. Create briefs (technical specifications) for designers for banners, email headers, and social media creatives. Review finished designs and provide feedback. Make simple visual adjustments and resizes independently when necessary.
  • Legal compliance. Submit texts to the legal team, implement edits, manage disclaimers and stop-words, and ensure regulatory requirements are met in the content.
  • Teamwork and processes. Participate in sprint planning and sync with the design, product, SEO, partner, and support teams. Manage tasks in Notion, track KPIs, and generate reports.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of experience as a copywriter, content manager, or editor.
  • Experience as an active futures trader, with a deep understanding of stock exchange and trading terminology.
  • Excellent English (fluent written working proficiency).
  • Ability to write clearly, accurately, and concisely (no fluff) for various formats: from a social media post to a landing page or email sequence.
  • Experience with email marketing (understanding sequence logic, segmentation, and templates).
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles (keyword integration, working with semantics).
  • Attention to detail: phrasing, formatting, and consistency of terminology.
  • Experience in creating briefs for designers and overseeing the results.
  • Strong organizational skills: the ability to manage dozens of tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize independently.
  • Experience using Notion or similar task management tools.
  • Active use of AI as a tool, but not as a replacement for original thinking.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of additional languages (DE, ES, FR).
  • Experience with SendPulse, Smartcat, or equivalents.
  • Basic graphic design skills (resizing, simple banners).
  • Experience with CMS and keyword localization.
  • Understanding of Customer Journey Maps and retention marketing.

Personal Qualities

  • High quality standards and a sense of ownership over the results.
  • Systems thinking — the ability to keep track of dozens of projects at once.
  • Attention to the smallest details — especially in phrasing, translations, and keywords.
  • A calm attitude towards iterations, edits, and revisions.
  • Proactivity: not waiting for tasks, but seeing what needs to be done.
  • A desire to deeply understand the product rather than writing superficially.
