Dozens of tasks running in parallel, multiple products, a lot of projects and feedback. We need someone who keeps everything organized: tasks don’t get stuck, statuses stay up to date, the right people see the right information, and nothing gets lost along the way.

In essence, you make sure the HADI cycle keeps turning: from hypothesis to results and conclusions. Nothing stalls, data is collected, conclusions are documented — and the team moves forward. We need someone who will take ownership of this.

What you will do

  • Make sure tasks are moving forward and don’t get stuck. When a Product Manager identifies a pain point, you ensure it turns into requirements, gets into development, and is released. If something gets blocked, you are the first to notice and push the responsible people.
  • Ensure feedback is collected. You don’t dive into the content — you make sure the system works reliably.
  • Maintain the roadmap and statuses so that at any moment it’s clear what’s in progress, what’s next, and where the bottlenecks are.
  • Ensure coordination between departments: marketing clearly sees the task and is ready to update the website, support is aware of changes, documentation is prepared.
  • Work with metrics — not just tracking numbers, but highlighting when something goes wrong.
  • Support the research process: find respondents, schedule interviews, consolidate results.
  • Record decisions and meeting outcomes: not transcripts, but the essence — what was decided, who is responsible, and the deadline.
  • Make sure nothing is missed: release notes are written, reports are collected, tasks are checked before release.

You will work directly with the Head of Product, in collaboration with the Product Lead, Product Manager, and Designer.

Requirements (must have)

Experience coordinating work in a product or project team.
You may have worked as a coordinator, project manager, operations manager, or in a similar role.

The key requirement is system thinking: you can keep dozens of parallel processes in mind and prevent things from falling through the cracks.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of trading — we will teach the basics, but existing context will help.
  • Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate routine tasks and avoid bothering people with things you can solve yourself.
  • Experience with analytics or dashboards (Amplitude, Google Sheets, BI tools).
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely: reports, meeting notes, statuses — no fluff, only the essence.
  • Attention to detail and persistence — there is a lot of routine work, and the team’s speed depends on its quality.
  • Experience in SaaS / fintech / trading is a plus, but not required.

Personality

You are comfortable reminding people, following up, and bringing tasks back into focus — even when it involves leadership.

If a Product Manager forgot, a designer delayed something, or developers didn’t update a status — you are the one who notices and resolves it.
