Why we’re hiring: we need someone to take ownership of the development process — planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination.
What you will do:
- Manage the full development lifecycle — from planning to release
- Control timelines and assess risks
- Coordinate development, QA, product, marketing, and support
- Gather requirements within the company
- Maintain the roadmap together with product managers
- Optimize processes
- Provide analytics and reporting on projects
Must-have (non-negotiable)
- Understanding of financial markets: exchanges, orders, trading strategies. Trading experience (stocks, futures, crypto). Without this, you won’t understand the context or set priorities properly.
- English — Intermediate+. Documentation and part of communication are in English.
- At least 2 years of experience managing software development projects, with understanding of the development lifecycle.
Important (strongly affects decision)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum: sprints, retrospectives, planning, backlog in a real team
- Team management: mentoring, onboarding, organizing people’s work
- Ability to align and negotiate between departments
Nice to have
- Experience with ATAS or volume analysis platforms
- Algo trading, risk management
- Programming (C# is a plus — platform is built on it)
- JIRA, Confluence, Notion
