Our users are traders in futures, crypto, and stocks. We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the product cycle: understand what traders truly need, write clear requirements, drive tasks through development to release, and ensure the result actually works. Not just collecting feedback — but being responsible for making the product better and ensuring users genuinely enjoy working with the platform.
What you will do:
- Lead tasks from idea to release: identify the problem, write requirements, hand off to development, and oversee the final result
- Conduct customer development (custdev): at least 2–4 interviews per month with traders
- Monitor feedback from Discord, support, Featurebase, forums
- Track competitors: what they’ve released and how it benefits users
- Participate in release notes preparation
- Before release, verify that everything works as intended from a trader’s perspective — not just from a QA standpoint
You work closely with the Product Lead, designer, and development team.
Must-have:
- Strong understanding of trading: US futures, volume analysis
- Experience working with trading terminals
You are the voice of traders. Writing requirements for a trading platform without real context is impossible.
Nice to have:
- English proficiency (interviews, Discord chats, support tickets, partner communication at events — mostly in English)
- Experience in customer development: ability to extract real problems from conversations, not just streams of thoughts (we can help with methodology, but strong communication skills are essential)
- Relevant background as a Product Manager / Project Manager / Marketer / Analyst in trading / fintech / crypto projects
- Understanding of UX in complex interfaces
- Ability to structure information and highlight key insights
- Experience working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar)
