We are building ATAS into the platform of choice for traders who need more than price alone. Development has picked up pace, and the number of tasks and product directions is growing. We want every task to be shaped from the start by someone who trades and understands how markets work.
We are looking for an experienced trader who wants to help build the #1 platform and make it stronger through their expertise.
Apply if you have substantial hands-on experience in any of these markets:
- US futures
- US equities
- Options
- Forex and CFDs
If your market has limited support in ATAS or is not represented at all, get in touch. We are interested in exploring new directions too.
What you will do:
- Shape tasks from the outset as a trading expert: what traders need, how it works in the market, and how traders will use it.
- Help develop product instructions and communicate the product’s value on the website and in marketing materials.
- Bring your trading experience to the team and explain the purpose of specific features to colleagues without a trading background.
- Work with the team to take tasks through to release.
- Review features from a trader’s perspective before release: are they practical and easy to use when trading?
- Talk to traders and the community, and analyse their feedback.
- Monitor competitors: which solutions work well, and would they benefit our users?
- Explore new markets and product directions that ATAS does not yet cover.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of real trading experience. You currently trade or have traded, have worked extensively with at least one of the markets listed above, and understand how traders work: the tools they use, the difficulties they face, and what matters to them.
- Experience using different trading platforms. You can share several examples of platforms that solve traders’ problems well and others that fall short.
Nice to have, but not required:
- Conversational English.
- Experience in marketing or training.
- Experience in product management or analytics.
- Experience using AI tools.
What we will teach you:
Product management: how to write requirements, interview users, work with feedback, prioritise tasks, and take them through to release.
