Who We Are Really Looking For:

We are not looking for just a performance marketer who knows how to click buttons in advertising platforms. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a User Acquisition function.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics. You will be a key growth driver responsible not only for traffic acquisition but also for ensuring that users successfully adopt and engage with the product. Your area of responsibility does not end with registration — it ends with revenue generation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. User Journey Management (Product & Funnel Optimization):

    • This is your top priority. You must thoroughly understand and optimize the User Flow: from ad click → registration → trial → purchase.
    • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel (where users drop off, why payments fail, where webinars, onboarding content, or guidance are missing).
    • Create requirements and tasks for the development and product teams to improve these user journeys. If traffic is not converting because of a poor payment experience or a complicated interface, it is your responsibility to identify the issue and initiate its resolution.

    2. Deep Analytics:

      • You will work not only with advertising metrics (CPC/CTR) but also with product data.
      • Independently analyze cohorts, understand traffic behavior across different countries, and make data-driven decisions on whether to scale a channel or adjust product logic.
      • Build dashboards, develop hypotheses, and document test results.

      3. Building a User Acquisition System:

        • Develop acquisition strategies for the US and European markets.
        • Launch campaigns hands-on in key channels and manage contractors/agencies across other channels.
        • We expect you to be capable of attracting high-quality traffic while understanding that without an effective product funnel, it is simply a waste of budget.

        Our Ideal Candidate:

        • Product Manager Mindset: You understand that acquisition is only the beginning. You think in terms of funnels and user behavior scenarios.
        • Experience: You have already built User Acquisition systems where marketing is tightly integrated with the product. Experience in SaaS or FinTech will be a strong advantage.
        • Analytical Thinking: You do not wait for ready-made reports — you work with data yourself to understand the reasons behind conversion changes.
        • Proactivity: You can identify issues such as payment failures in Germany and proactively work with developers to resolve them instead of simply turning off advertising campaigns.
        • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for working with Western markets).
        • Trading Knowledge: You understand the difference between scalper and day trader audiences.
