About the company
ATAS is a professional trading and market data analytics platform (atas.net). We build tools that help traders make decisions through in-depth analysis of volume, footprint charts, and order flow.
Work arrangement: fully remote
Industry: Trading / FinTech
About the role
We are looking for a marketer to take ownership of two areas at once: user acquisition and retention, and the management of the company’s marketing campaigns.
The first area covers traffic, SEO, retention, and user onboarding from the first website visit to the first purchase. You own the hypotheses, tests, funnels, conversions, and team. The second covers campaigns and launches: seasonal promotions, product and pricing plan launches, and industry events. You bring together resources from different teams to deliver a coherent campaign and maintain high standards.
You will work closely with the CCO, who sets the strategic framework and priorities. From there, you own the execution, its quality, and the results.
What to expect at the start
We are looking for someone operating at head-of-function level, and we want to be clear about the starting point: there is no fully established system yet. You will take over these areas as they stand. Some teams are already in place; the paid acquisition team needs to be built from scratch. There is no established experimentation cycle, and some processes rely on manual coordination.
This means your first few months will involve hands-on work alongside building the system. We cannot pause operations while the structure takes shape: campaigns are running, traffic is coming in, and users register every day. We expect you to keep operations running while developing them to a point where they no longer need your constant involvement.
If you want a ready-made machine you can simply take over, this role will not be the right fit. If you want to build that machine and then run it, it will.
What you will do
Traffic, SEO, retention, and onboarding
- Own the full user onboarding journey: website → user account → platform. Be responsible for conversion at each step.
- Establish a working experimentation cycle: idea → prioritisation → preparation → launch → data → decision. Run tests regularly and draw a conclusion from each one.
- Build the paid acquisition function and team. Give every test a hypothesis, budget, success criterion, and conclusion; scale the tests that work.
- SEO: develop a systematic improvement plan and ensure consistent execution.
- Retention: manage triggers, segments, and communications across all channels — email, push notifications, banners, and in-platform touchpoints.
- Analytics: understand the analytics setup and tracking implementation end to end, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data used for decisions.
Campaign and launch management
- Manage the full cycle of Black Friday, Lifetime Week, seasonal promotions, new product and pricing plan launches, and industry exhibitions and events.
- Turn strategic objectives into plans: campaign mechanics, stages, expectations for each contributor, team briefs, landing page wireframes, and communication storyboards.
- Coordinate content and creative, video production, social media, PR, influencer marketing, retention, paid acquisition, SEO, and web development within each campaign.
- Own campaign revenue delivery, tracking actual results against targets.
Execution quality
- Act as the final quality checkpoint before launch for assets, communications, landing pages, and copy.
- Set expectations for each channel or function manager: deliverables, quality standards, and format.
- Ensure the team’s output meets the stated objective.
Team management and progress tracking
- Manage the retention team, SEO, and analytics. Build the paid acquisition team from scratch.
- Mentor and guide the team so people understand priorities and receive feedback on their areas of responsibility.
- Oversee each project stage: briefing → interim delivery → final delivery.
- Participate in sprint, monthly, and quarterly planning, ensuring tasks have a clear purpose and are linked to goals.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and plans for your areas of responsibility.
- Review each campaign’s results: what worked, what did not, and what to carry forward.
- Maintain a library of campaign mechanics to make recurring campaigns faster to prepare.
How success is measured
- Improvements in the conversion points under your ownership.
- Experimentation pace: tests per week and conclusions from each test.
- Actual campaign revenue against targets.
- The overall test: does the system run independently and deliver results?
Who we are looking for
Required
- At least 3 years of marketing experience specifically in the trading industry: brokers, proprietary trading firms, or trading platforms such as TradingView, Quantower, NinjaTrader, and similar products.
- A deep understanding of traders: their language, pain points, motivations, and user journey.
- Experience owning acquisition and retention functions — performance marketing, SEO, and retention — with accountability for results.
- Experience managing campaigns end to end, from campaign mechanics to execution oversight and performance analysis.
- Experience preparing briefs and plans for cross-functional teams.
- The ability to use analytics to make decisions: funnels, CPA, ROAS, and unit economics.
- Confident use of Notion or similar systems.
- English at B1 level or above.
Ideally
- Experience with PR and influencer marketing, including how these functions operate and fit into a campaign.
- Personal trading experience in futures, equities, or crypto.
- Experience launching projects with teams across SEO, content and creative, video production, retention, influencer marketing, PR, social media, community, paid acquisition, analytics, and web development.
- An understanding of product marketing: how to develop a value proposition and bring products and pricing plans to market.
