I have been using ATAS for my trading for some time now and recently reached out to their online support for help with a technical setup. The team was incredibly patient and provided clear, direct solutions that got me back on track quickly. I highly appreciate working with a company that employs knowledgeable people who truly understand their software rather than just sending automated replies. Overall, I am genuinely grateful for their help and feel much more confident using the platform knowing this level of support is available.

ATAS is a great trading software. Constant updates and great support. Responsive and quick.

I had an excellent experience with ATAS support. Sergey was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. He assisted me step-by-step with resolving my issue and made sure I received the correct Black Friday discount for my Lifetime license. The communication was fast, clear, and professional, and the support team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly.Great platform, amazing customer service, and definitely a company that values its customers. Highly recommended!

The backup support is amazing. I am not very tech savvy and have spent weeks now trying to learn and configure the platform. I will be prepared to pay for templates for specific markets/timeframes just to save myself endless frustration and valuable time. I know that Sierra charts have ready made templates!

Good advice, I will try.

Sehr Gut.. Hammer
