What ATAS does
- Provides specialized software for financial market analysis
- Enables users to connect their brokerage and exchange accounts via API and manage them independently by themselves
- Visualizes market data for self-analysis and supports users make informed trading decisions by analysing trading volumes, order flow, liquidity and other key metrics
- Operates as a standalone analytical tool that ensures complete user’s actions autonomy
What ATAS does not:
- Does not provide or facilitate the platform for the organisation of trades or the execution of transactions
- Does not provide exchange data – the client receives this from their independently connected exchange
- Does not accept, transmit or execute trading orders – these operations are handled by the infrastructure of the broker to which the client is connected
- Does not act as a broker: does not open or manage client accounts; does not trade for its own account or on behalf of clients; does not participate in market making; does not accept or hold client funds
- Does not organize the issuance, sale or placement of financial instruments
- Is not a trading system (MTF, OTF) and does not create venues for transactions between participants
- Does not provide investment recommendations or personal trading advice
