How ATAS works
ATAS is a financial market analysis software that visualises market data and helps analyse volumes and liquidity flows, allowing users to better understand the reasons behind price movements and find key levels of supply and demand.
What ATAS does
- Provides specialized software for financial market analysis
- Enables users to connect their brokerage and exchange accounts via API and manage them independently by themselves
- Visualizes market data for self-analysis and supports users make informed trading decisions by analysing trading volumes, order flow, liquidity and other key metrics
- Operates as a standalone analytical tool that ensures complete user’s actions autonomy
What ATAS does not:
- Does not provide or facilitate the platform for the organisation of trades or the execution of transactions
- Does not provide exchange data – the client receives this from their independently connected exchange
- Does not accept, transmit or execute trading orders – these operations are handled by the infrastructure of the broker to which the client is connected
- Does not act as a broker: does not open or manage client accounts; does not trade for its own account or on behalf of clients; does not participate in market making; does not accept or hold client funds
- Does not organize the issuance, sale or placement of financial instruments
- Is not a trading system (MTF, OTF) and does not create venues for transactions between participants
- Does not provide investment recommendations or personal trading advice
How it works
User:
- Downloads and installs the software on his/her computer
- Connects ATAS to his/her brokerage/exchange account via API interface
- Analyses market data using ATAS tools
- Makes independent trading decisions to buy/sell financial instruments
ATAS:
- Receives market data from brokers and data providers
- Provides professional market data analysis tools
- Enables traders to connect and independently manage their accounts via broker/exchange APIs
Broker:
- Provides market data and trading account status information
- Receives and processes trading orders from traders
- Forwards orders to the exchange for execution
Exchange:
- Executes trading orders sent by brokers
- Reports execution results back to brokers/traders

1. Can ATAS act as my broker or intermediary for transactions?
No, ATAS does not act as a broker or financial intermediary. We do not open accounts, accept or hold client funds, or organize trading.
2. Can I get investment advice or trading recommendations from ATAS?
No, ATAS does not provide investment advice or trading strategies. All users make their own decisions about their assets based on their independent analysis of market data within the platform.
3. Does ATAS require a licence to provide its services?
No, ATAS does not carry out any activities that require a licence under European Union legislation. As a software developer and technical provider, we only provide analysis tools – we do not perform financial transactions. All transactions take place directly between users and their brokers or exchanges.
4. Does ATAS have access to user accounts?
Users connect directly to their broker/exchange infrastructure via an API on their local machine, maintaining full control over all operations.
